The location. Very close to the airport. There is a convenient store at the ground floor

The lobby lounge sofa is uncomfy

The hotel location one block from the train station was very convenient. You can get buses and taxis as well as trains there. There is a 7-Eleven convenience store right at the hotel entrance that we used for breakfasts. Free coffee, tea and juice were provided at the reception area and there is an adjacent lounge with comfortable seating. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was excellent.

We had no negatives about this hotel.

The location was very good for us, it was close to the station and to the car rental. The staff was very helpful, pleasant, warm, and polite.Based on others' reviews, I feared that the room would be noisy. It wasn't at all, the windows are double,e and you can barely hear a whisper from outside.The hotel is either new or exceptionally maintained, looks like it was opened one day before the visit.

Comfortable, spacious and clean room. Quiet at night. Loved the in-room massage chair and spacious soaking tub in our bathroom. Excellent skincare products offered in the lobby. Very convenient to have a 7 eleven on the ground floor, all day coffee and tea in the lobby, and a quick walk to the train station.

I wish they had an onsen. The view from our window was very industrial.

The location was close to public transportation. The room was good size and clean. The reception area with drinks was very much appreciated. Staff were kind and courteous. Thank you to Yan San for patiently helping us with luggage transfer; we greatly appreciated your professionalism.

Location and friendly hotel staff

This time the restaurant service was not so good as my prior experiences. To get a coffee expresso there was an additional charge and there were fewer breakfast options such as fruits and healthy meal.

Bed was a little stiffer than other similar hotels, but still comfortable

The hotel is conveniently close to the train station, which made it easy for me to catch my train when leaving. However, keep in mind that it’s about a 30-minute walk to most of the main attractions. For me, the location worked out well, but it might not be ideal if you plan to explore the city mostly on foot

I accidentally booked a smoking room, although I'm not a smoker. I believe this happened because the "smoking" label was written in very small print on the booking website, likely because it was one of the last available rooms.The moment I entered the room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. According to the reception, there was no other room available, so I had no choice but to deal with it. I tried to ventilate it by opening the window and turning on the air conditioning, but it made no difference. Unfortunately, opening the window brought in loud noise from the street, which made it impossible to sleep. I ended up lying awake all night, suffocating from the smell and unable to rest due to the constant noise.To make matters worse, the hotel’s Wi-Fi required some complicated encrypted setup, and I couldn’t connect at all. It was frustrating not being able to get online while being awake all night.By the time morning came, I couldn’t wait to check out. When I got home and unpacked, all my clothes reeked of smoke. It was truly unpleasant and made me feel bad for the 51.3K JPY cost of this room.

The Location was good, they had drinks in the lobby and amenities. Change of towel.

They didn’t clean properly the room, there were a lot of hair, at least they had sleepers so I wouldn’t touch the floor. And the room had a weird smell at the entrance. They had 3 washing machine for the entire building and it takes at least 1-2 hours. I just went to a coin laundry near the hotel which was faster, it cost me 400 yen more. Better than to wait and never know when I could use the washing machine at the hotel.

The room could have been cleaned better. The floor around the bed wasn't vacuumed well, and there was some dry food on the floor. But overall, the experience was good. I think this is just a minor and accidental oversight, as the hotel's standards are high.

Location was excellent.

The room was extremely small but we made it work. We did not like the self check in when there were plenty of staff that could check you in. They had to help so many people with the machine anyway so it doesn’t save that much time.

Nice, clean hotel. 5 min walk from central train station and we did all sightseeing by foot from the hotel. Nice restaurant with both decent breakfast and Italian pizzeria in the evening.

I spent 5 nights in this hotel. It is very quiet and clean. The location is the best. There is a convenience store downstairs.

Lovely hotel which is 5min from Kanazawa station. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast including pizza. Lots of taxis, busses and shopping right at the station

Smaller rooms than we're used to but we knew that going in. It's definitely mitigated by the location as it's 5 min from the station and bus terminal

It was our first time visiting Kanazawa and we picked this hotel due to its proximity to the train station. We always have a lot of luggage and wanted something within walking distance. There are free drinks at the reception for hotel guests (coffee, tea and juice). I liked the fact that reception staff helped with sending our luggage to our next hotel since we always buy quite a few things to take home and it becomes hard to manage heavy suitcases on public transport.
